Description of the research-intensive and future-oriented training programme for doctoral students
The training programm entails both conceptualization phase and phase of field research and research at other universities. It is composed of mentoring triangle, doctoral seminars, semester retreats, mobility- and teaching activities, skill development courses, as well as participation in Brownbag seminars and discussion forums.
