On Monday, 22 February, 2021, the Centre for Southeast European Studies organizes a workshop on qualitative data analysis with the software MAXQDA, offered by the Graz Center of Empirical Research. Verena Köck will introduce students of the Interdisciplinary Joint Master's Programme in South-Eastern European Studies and the Doctoral Programme ESOE - Europeanization Processes in Southeastern Europe to fundaments of qualitative data analysis, and the appropriate use of MAXQDA, which will then be applied in hands-on exercises.
The program MAXQDA is available free of charge on the website http://software.uni-graz.at/ for all students and employees of the University of Graz and can also be installed on private computers.
The workshop takes place in the framework of the Winter School "Studying Southeast Europe: Interdisciplinary Approaches, Research and Writing an Academic Thesis".
